Follow up session are a way to get 1:1 guidance from me after the initial session on your health care plan and lifestyle management. In the follow up session we will talk about your experience like healing progress, struggles & update your care plan. As always while working with me, you will get motivated and empowered so you can keep transforming your health and make sustainable shifts.
